Needed a Bosch wall oven repaired. Very professional and courteous repairman came and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, came again with a helper and installed the malfunctioning heating element. Seems to be working perfect. Service professional seemed to really have a good handle on what needed to be done and how to do it. Highly recommend, will use again. They also have a one year parts and labor warranty on the work they did. Most other Repair services offered 30 to 90 days only.
